The international airport in Cook Islands is a few minutes from the capital and business centre of Avarua on the island of Rarotonga.
Being a relatively small island, Rarotonga has no large business hotels in its town centre. However, a short drive from the capital takes you to several large resort hotels on the beach, that can accommodate business groups or offer business facilities, such as IDD with voicemail, automatic wake-up call services, dataports for e-mail and internet access for those with their own laptop etc. The Edgewater Resort has a 200-seat business conference centre, plus E-mail, Fax and Secretarial Services, and an Internet Café.
